Emotional freedom

There’s so much that I can’t say,

These walls are listening.

Or maybe I’m just too afraid

To be right.

Familiar emotions kept bottled in

Gave me bravery, power, but…

Is it worth it to be strong,

If my mind says that I’m wrong?

All the darkness keeps me safe

While the thoughts don’t

Keep me sane.
